up to £10 = £3.00

£10.00 - £29.99 = £4.00

£30.00 - £48.00 = £6.00

£48.00 and over = £10.00

All of our products are for sale on other platforms, in the unlikely event that another order occurs at the same time we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative item.

 

All lampshades are handmade by us to order and are checked rigorously before dispatch, therefore we do not accept returns on lampshades unless they are faulty.

If you require shipping outside of the UK please contact us for a quote before purchase.

 

Handmade lampshades are made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns on lampshades, but if you do have a problem with your order please contact us asap and we will try to rectify it.

Any returns must be notified within 14 days and returned to us in their original condition within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of items.

 

You, the customer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred in the case of a none fault return and any refund will be made excluding outward and return postage as we are a small business we cannot cover these.
